Chile Day 2 skiing

Day 2

Today was great, we got to use our spanish speaking with some Chilean youngsters.  The snow is getting better.  Weather was cloudy with very limited visibility, but the vibe was high.  Came down for lunch for some pollo (chicken). The two of the groups, Jake and Amber's, went out for a solid afternoon session which Kriag and Steve's groups stayed in after an early 6:30am session.  Later that day the boys made the walk "haul" down to the containers where we all tune.  The only way to get back up for dinner is either power up the six long switch backs up to the condo or wait for the shuttle which can be seen frequently but is sometimes a rare sight.  Once everyone makes it back to the condos, we eat some dinner , hang out for a bit, and hit the hay by 8:30.  Tomorrow's gonna be even earlier so we will need our rest to stay fresh for the rest of the camp.  That's it for the day!  -The Triple  (Jake, Hunter, Charlie H)
