FIS Dryland Camp Day 4
Back on campus and after a morning plyometric session we passed out the T-shirts with the theme for Friday's team initiative / workout - BMA Snowmaking Team! The shirts look great but I admit there was a bit of apprehension in the group as they began to plan a strategy for the next mornings workout.

Coordinative Strength Session - Afternoon

Overhead walking forward and reverse lunges on a slight side hill adds a bit of challenge to maintaining balance.

Pour water into a PVC pipe until about half full and you have a dynamic addition to routine movements.

All Burke no Play? Not today! Lake Willoughby provides the perfect end of day cool off!

Last dinner of the camp! Thanks Amy for the excellent meals!

Cool NEK nights a warm fire and S'mores. It doesn't get much better!
