Conditioning at BMA
We've had a terrific 4 week block of conditioning. With the break coming up and three weeks plus after that, the athletes that have been pushing themselves this fall will be in a great spot to start the season.

No Power, No Problem
Lightning is literally striking all around us up on the mountain, the power is out, but Charlie Shiels, freshly back from Chile, can really tickle those ivories. Impressive.

Super G's in Chile
Today was largely a tough day for the entire field and for BMA as there were a few very technical sections of the course. Several of our boys DNF'd by missing gates. All are ok and none crashed but had to pull up. Afterwords, we were able to train with the French men's WC team in the same course so the guys got another try at it with some small improvements.
Bottom line is everyone is ok and took some lessons from the challenges today. Now we are focused on tomorrows SG then we plan SL training for Friday before heading to the airport and HOME!
Camp is continuing to go well and we are really pleased with the fine group of boys down here.

Here are a couple of pictures from yesterday.
The first is from an orientation activity administered by the one and only Viv.
Number two is Moriah Wilson after a skiier's edge workout. That thing will bury you if you let it.

Opening Day
It was great to see everyone at opening day 2012. Burkies move at a different pace than most, and today was certainly no exception.
There are several new developments at school that will take some getting used to. However, when these kids put their heads together there is no mountain they can't climb, no can they can't recycle.

Nice work girls!
